Everything was perfect during my first visit to this primary care clinic. Location is great and love that they have free parking. The building and office are very modern and clean. My doctor and the staff were all friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed. Was even able to get my blood drawn on site without any waiting. Glad I found my new medical home. Thanks UM Capital Region!
Thank you for the amazing care! I’m so happy to have found a primary care office where the doctors, nurse Ashley and medical assistant (Brandi) are caring, professional and kind. I was greeted with a warm smile by Briana at the front desk and was called back right away. All my questions were answered clearly and I got the referral I needed. Fantastic & speedy service along with very thoughtful care by the providers! I came in for my annual physical and saw Dr Christopher McLeod. The receptionist checked me in right away, and I was called back by the medical assistant within just a few minutes of the start of my appointment. Everyone was very professional, and I definitely think this is where I'll be getting my regular checkups and care long-term!
