Saw Dr. B today and as usual he was amazing. Always listens to my concerns and takes his time. But the nurse or whatever they are called that saw me before Dr. B was so rude. Even my husband thought so. She cut me off when I was explaining my symptoms and didn’t let me finish. If you don’t like people, you have the wrong job.
My wife and I got physicals and we paid for them. That was good however they added additional visits in which we never had scheduled or done and tried billing us for them!! Scamming customers are horrible and will ultimately hurt their business.
