Dr. KONDRASHOV is the BEST- He has PASSION for his patients and is incredibly knowledgeable! He went above and beyond, When other doctors blew off my son‘s symptoms- He ordered all the accurate tests to determine my son‘s diagnosis. My son was diagnosed with MS.- And if it weren’t for Dr.KONDRASHOV-He would still be undiagnosed today with ongoing physical and Cognitive issues. I cannot rate the doctors or receptionists, but I was very disappointed with the Lab. I think the woman who took my blood samples needs some training. After two days I still have a large bruise on that that arm. I've had blood work done many other places over the years and never had this issue. I would not use that Lab again. Follow-up, this is what my arm looks like 4 days after your lab work.

I have been going to UMBW in Pasadena for the past 3 years. Never had any issues until recently when I was unable to see a provider for an ongoing issue due to an error on this facilitys part. I called and left a message with my provider's team stating exactly what I needed. Then I received a phone call the next morning asking what my issues were as if they were clueless of what's going on.
