Horrible experience! This was my first and will be my last visit to this office. When I scheduled my appointment, no one informed me that being even ONE MINUTE LATE would result in my appointment being rescheduled. As a first time patient, I was already at a disadvantage trying to locate the correct building. My experience following my initial visit with **Dr. Edidiong Akpan** has been extremely frustrating due to a persistent failure in communication and necessary follow-up. After my first visit, I had testing done. I received the results directly from the testing site, and they called me to schedule an additional appointment, clearly indicating the need for the physician's immediate professional review. Jamilah, the front desk coordinator was very rude to me. I live an hour away from this facility. I missed my appointment by 10 minutes and offered to wait in case another appointment opened up because I live far. She got very angry over this and was very disrespectful to me over the course of the 1hr+ that I waited.
Was so nice. Upfront receptionist, doctor, nurses, check out. Loved them all. First visit.
Cancelling my appointment in my face and everyone in the back thought it was so funny and laughing that she (unarrived) my appointment as she said it took me an hour to get here. My appointment was at 10:00 I arrived at 10:06 it was 10:10 when they cancelled my appointment while I was standing right there. And it was so funny it was lmao moment for everyone in the office. Except me
