I have been waiting for the appointment for TWO MONTHS and they called me in the morning to cancel it…
I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service we have consistently received from one receptionist at this office, whom her manager identified to me as “Allison.” Every interaction we have had with her—whether checking in, checking out, scheduling follow-up appointments, or obtaining referrals—has been met with an attitude that makes us feel as though we are inconveniencing her simply by needing assistance. I came once and will NOT be returning. Fidelia Tanyi was condescending and very rude. She refused a test I asked for and provided no justifiable cause and reason. I also believe they canceled my follow up appointment because of it. And I asked to speak to the manager and they didn’t email me back either when I sent a complaint overall piss poor care.
Dr left then they cancelled all my appointments. When I found out that they would not take me they also did not refil my medication then told me I'm sol. Heart racing from lack of heart meds trying to figure out what to do.
I cannot be convinced Umm-Ul-Banin really cares for her patients. Complete disregard displayed for concerns and questions I have for her. I do not recommend her.
