Jamilah, the front desk coordinator was very rude to me. I live an hour away from this facility. I missed my appointment by 10 minutes and offered to wait in case another appointment opened up because I live far. She got very angry over this and was very disrespectful to me over the course of the 1hr+ that I waited.
Was so nice. Upfront receptionist, doctor, nurses, check out. Loved them all. First visit.
Cancelling my appointment in my face and everyone in the back thought it was so funny and laughing that she (unarrived) my appointment as she said it took me an hour to get here. My appointment was at 10:00 I arrived at 10:06 it was 10:10 when they cancelled my appointment while I was standing right there. And it was so funny it was lmao moment for everyone in the office. Except me
I just became a patient here just to address some small issues and make sure I’m physically good. Today i had a follow up apt with Dr. Edidiong Akpan who seemed kind of judgement during my initial visit . Today i was refused to be seen because i am in an important work meeting . I work remotely and i have the ability to still get things done while i am listening to meetings. My time is crucial and my health so i decided to still come and be seen despite my meeting.
