Went there got my normal pedicure gift off I could tell immediately Lucy was new but had the audacity to make me feel like I had no idea what I was speaking about even after I told her but I was a returning customer. Honestly super disappointed in this salon. I get the same thing almost every time I go in and they always try and charge me different amounts. Got my nails done today during happy hour and was told it would be $60. I asked them to apply the happy hour discount and they said it would be $9 off (which isn’t even 20%)? My total was then brought down to $56. Makes no sense. Maybe they think their customers can’t do math, who knows. Didn’t feel like arguing so just paid and left. So unprofessional
Emma is my go to girl! She keeps my stiletto nails skinny and sharp and my lashes looking naturally enhanced. I have large eyes and Emma is able to keep them looking soft and doe-y without overwhelming them. I absolutely love the care she gives and her willingness to create a happy client with me!
