Hair color was amazing!!
AVOID THIS SALON AT ALL COSTS. This was hands down the worst salon experience of my life. I went in to get my eyebrows done and walked out with them completely ruined. The person doing them had absolutely no idea what she was doing she butchered my eyebrows. I was so upset I literally started crying right there in the salon. And instead of trying to fix the situation or even show basic human decency, the owner got scared and kicked me out. No apology, no responsibility just complete ignorance and unprofessionalism. WORST SALON EXPERIENCE EVER. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. My friend walked in for a simple eyebrow shaping before an important event — walked out with her confidence destroyed and eyebrows completely ruined. Uneven, thinned out, and a total disaster. She was literally in tears. When she calmly addressed the issue, the manager was rude, dismissive, and instead of fixing their mistake, asked her to LEAVE the salon! Can you imagine??
