Please take a walk around this property before signing your lease. It’s definitely not worth the money at all. The roof in building 1 collapsed a month ago, there is a HUGE whole in the ceiling on the 3rd level. Not fit for living conditions for anyone and they’re clearly in no rush to fix it. The parking is TERRIBLE, the office staff allowed 1 tenant to have 3 garage parks instead of giving every apartment the opportunity of having its own.
