Purchased a water filter for over $3k. Not aware of the hidden fees. Spent an additional $5k, still don't have a working product and now H2o wants another $5k to make it work. I have requested a full refund and they refuse. What a trash company and owner.
0 stars. Stay clear of H2O Water & Health Solutions if well water testing of any sort. Not only did they lose their samples in the mail on the way to the lab, but took 2 weeks longer that estimated to get water results submitted correctly. Closing date was delayed because of unreliability. In addition, the personnel within this company did not understand the difference between nitrites and nitrates, which was extremely concerning. Stay clear if you are looking for accurate, fast service.
Very friendly staff with great customer service.
The technician installing my RO system was wonderful. Spoke to Vickie about the system and she was knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I recommend H2O Health!!
