First time going I went to the WestGate Spartanburg location and Melissa was absolutely amazing and sweet and helpful !!! Great experience I will Be back for sure ! Loved my spray tan !

We receive different “rules” or “policies” each time we visit. Reached out to corporate for clarification and received a very dismissive response that basically said they leave everything up to the employees discretion. Which is fine but the employees need to be consistent. We were offered to lay 20 minutes several weeks ago but our schedule didn’t allow it. Apparently they have a new policy that if you don’t come in for a week straight- that you automatically have to start your time at 6 minutes. As a naturally tan, olive skin tone- I have never started at 6 minutes in my life. So be aware! Especially if you aren’t in a membership. Which is a whole other issue I’m waiting to resolve. Will come back and update.
