We receive different “rules” or “policies” each time we visit. Reached out to corporate for clarification and received a very dismissive response that basically said they leave everything up to the employees discretion. Which is fine but the employees need to be consistent. We were offered to lay 20 minutes several weeks ago but our schedule didn’t allow it.
