I was so disappointed. I've been fortunate with VERY nice places in Phoenix and Asheville. The customer service was rude, the quality of the solution is terrible. You have to PAY MORE not to turn orange like the 90's. Way too expensive. I was shocked at the poor customer service, price and quality. I can't find a place in Spartanburg that is decent. Heading to Greenville. I HOPE quality will move in and take over this place.
I paid 90$ a month for membership with this place, only to be told when o walked in that I could only lay for 4 mins, even tho I’ve tanned in the sun multiple days. Also, caught employees talking about me as I was tanning. 0 stars if I could. I’ll go where my business is appreciated
First time spray tanner. She was very patient, helpful, and the tan looks great!
