Needs new management
I’m writing this because I’m genuinely in disbelief of how pathetic this Palm Beach Tan is ran. First, I go to switch my card on file apparently the card never switched then it did? They have no idea what they are doing. So in April my mom canceled my membership because I went to college, they tried to tell me my mom didn’t cancel it but I have a paper that she sent a picture of with her signature. I’ve been coming to this salon for a while now and always have a good experience. The employees are kind and we are always very conversational with each other- so much so that I look forward to coming in. Whoever was working Saturday morning 12/6 was the complete opposite, very unpleasant and treated me like I was such a bother as soon as I walked in and just outright rude. Stood in silence when I walked in and just said “What bed.” Then mad that I chose a bed she had to go clean, as if that’s not your job. Constant sighing ... read more
