I wasn't going to leave more than my rate but since you asked for it: My disappointment with your unwillingness to accomodate my needs is expressed in my one star rating of your business. It's mind boggling to me that even after I recommended your place to my roommate and brought in more business to your company, you still showed me no appreciation.
