Extremely disappointed in the service i received and will NOT ever be returning back here especially after the amount i paid. I went there for a car wash , i walk out and there is black stuff all over my car. So i mentioned to the worker to please get rid of it. I take a walk around my car and it is all over it. I asked what it was they said it was armorall from the tires. Admittedly the service was good yesterday, but generally it’s very poor. No one really works that hard. You are several cars backed up waiting and waiting to get dried and you see several staff congregating by the register chatting, and it really doesn’t set a good impression. Further, they charge more than their competitors. If you’re going to charge higher prices your customers expect better than fair service.

I've been here 10 times now. The quality has gone down with each wash. I've been here 55 minutes and my car isn't done. I tipped them thinking they were complete. I better receive some compensation because this place is just mailing it in. What's really annoying is that they keep letting people drive in. It's such a joke. I'm not sitting still for this. So sick of these amateur operations. They go balls to the wall when they open and then it's shoddy work.

They do an ok job. You have to check your car for places they miss. If you have a problem and need to speak to a manager good luck. Management was supposed to call me for weeks. Still waiting. They used to be better.
