I don’t know how to express how amazing craniosacral therapy was with Mary. Ethereal is an understatement. I felt I connected with source and it’s changed my thinking. I didn’t want to come back to reality but when I did my perspective on life has changed. I feel relaxed and strong knowing I am connected to the universe. I am telling all my friends to visit Mary as I want them to experience the magic I felt.
Mary has a gift! I've seen her several times for craniosacral body work and felt better after each session. I'm someone who is almost always "in my head," thinking about the past or future. Driving home on the 405 freeway after my second session, I was surprised to find myself feeling extremely peaceful and realized it was because I was completely present in the moment! I didn't know what to expect from this kind of work and have been very been very happy with the results.
I’ve had two sessions with Mary now and can’t say enough good things about my experience. She really is gifted. I initially went to her for neck pain but she helped with so many other things. It’s hard to explain the shift that happens without experiencing it yourself. I’m so impressed by how much she’s helped me. I’ve booked a session for my daughter, and will continue to see Mary and recommend her to friends in need of healing. Do book a session (or three) with her, you won’t regret it.
I took my 8 yo son to see Mary today for support with anxiety. She was able to explain the process to him in a kid-friendly manner. She has a very calming demeanor and is very talented. My son fell asleep very deeply and he NEVER takes naps at this point. When we walked out of the building he said, “That was one of the best experiences of my life!” Now I have to book an appointment for myself to get some of that good feeling! Thanks Mary, from the bottom of my heart.
I went to Mary for craniosacral bodywork. It was excellent. I left feeling much more relaxed and as if I released a bunch of extra tension I did not know I had. I'll be back for sure.
