I had a miscarriage the day I was supposed to go to Ultrasona to find out the gender of our beautiful baby. I called the next day to try to explain to them I was too devastated to call and I was in the hospital due to a miscarriage. The told me they wouldn't see me again unless they had payment up front because I used up an appointment time without calling and canceling. I couldn't even believe it no sympathy no nothing. Can't say it enough how awesome they are! When we lost our baby at 17 weeks Kelly kept a recording of his heart beat in the office. And when we came back after we got pregnant again we put that heartbeat in to a stuffed monkey so our little boys angel brother would always be with him. Been there for all 7 of my babies and will continue to do so with any possible future babies as well! I'm always suggesting then when people ask for who to go to for elective ultrasounds.
