I visited the office on March 18th when I was 14 weeks and 3 days. I was told I was having a girl. I then went to my regular obgyn on April 12th and was told I was having a boy. I called the office to speak to management about my refund and the owner called me back 2 to 3 days later. We spoke over the phone and he told me I could get a refund or have a free ultrasound done. Ultrasona is very clean and inviting! My husband and I did the $125 package which is a great value. The room was very comfortable and our family members were pleased with the viewing set up! Our technician was amazing considering our little man did not cooperate. She tried everything she could to get us the best pictures and experience even though our little guy was facing backwards. After trying everything she could, she set us up with another appointment free of charge to try again. At the end of the appointment she did ca... read more
