I bought a flywheel/clutch combination for out Mini Cooper from Ultrarev. They had the item listed incorrectly and it was not the right part for my car. We did not find this out until we had the car completely torn apart, which was a huge inconvenience within itself. Once I contacted them they apologized for their mistake and let me know I would be getting my money back once they received the item back.
