If you have recurring mice problems DO NOT CALL this company! I have been a customer for 2-3 years and in that time I have had to call them numerous times to help with the mice problem. All they ever did was set traps with poison and never got to the root of the problem. Jovan deserves a raise! This technician is fantastic! He was about to leave after only servicing the accessible parts of our three-family home. However, when he saw me pull up, instead of getting in his car and leaving, he came out to speak with me. I asked him if he had serviced the entire house, and he replied that he had only done the parts he could access.
