Never mind the price, $13.99 plus tax which is fairly common for top package automatic car wash however for this price I was expecting more. Takes off surficial road salt but leaves behind a considerable amount of residue remaining on entire vehicle (faded salt/dirt). Need to wipe down entire vehicle to remove, rub finger tip after car wash and it comes off onto your hand/finger tip. If you live in Barrie area purchasing a season car wash is just a waste of money. This car wash is out of service for most of the days in a week. Secondly, they close it is not for you if you're a night shift person or like your car wash early in the morning before 6am. Thirdly, this is the only car wash in the city where you can use you app, you have no other option when it is out of service for many days. People just lined up whenever they find finally it is working.

Check your receipts! Their gas pump charged me for a car wash after I selected no on the pump. I went in to ask for a refund for the car wash that I didnt ask for. Should be a simple process right? Nope! stand around for 25 minutes while the employee texts and makes phone calls and tells me they can't refund my money because somehow "the pumps aren't part of the gas station". Will never give my money to these scam artists again, im sure there has been other people who have been ripped off here without even realizing.
