Encore un employer qui répond au client avec son cellulaire a la main. Un vrai zombie. Service client a la baisse.
Nous sommes allés mettre de l'essence ici et notre carte de débit est restée coincée dans la pompe et nous avons attendu PLUS D'UNE HEURE que le patron se présente comme il a dit à son employé qu'il serait là dans 2 minutes et une heure plus tard, nous sommes partis et avons dû avoir ma belle-sœur paie et laisse la carte dans la pompe. LE CAISSIER ÉTAIT EXCELLENT ET POLITE, SON PATRON POURRAIT APPRENDRE DE LUI, FAISANT QUE MA FILLE SE RETARDAIT AU TRAVAIL.
