I am an truck owner-operator and had a very disappointing experience at your Carson, CA warehouse. I checked in at 8:00 AM and didn’t get unloaded until 4:00 PM — it took the entire day just to unload my trailer. The staff were rude and very disrespectful throughout the process. If management or ownership is reading this, please look into the way this warehouse is being run.
