I booked an appointment for a specific stylist and when I arrived she was with another client so I had no choice but to go with someone else there otherwise I would have been late to my event. It's frustrating that appointment times are not respected considering I could have went to 3 other locations closer to my house.
I had a great experience! I got a haircut and absolutely love how it turned out. My hairdresser JC was very friendly, listened to what I wanted, and did an amazing job. Highly recommended !
