Went in for a walk in and the dresser was rude. And said she couldnt do it till two hours later. So I said it was fine I can come back 10min before time. And they said I dont get paid if you dont show up. I said I live close by so it would be a problem. She said that's what they all they and dont show up. I ADORE holly and go to her because she does exactly what I need. I desperately needed a haircut so I went with a different person, Summer, because I have an insanely simple hairstyle and just needed a trim. I showed 3 pictures multiple times and she still went 10x shorter than I asked for 🥲 maybe the length wouldn’t be as much of an issue if the actual technique and way it’s cut was good but yeah this visit was unfortunately a bust, will continue to see Holly
I called in to see if they could fit me in for a wash, cut and style, that was great, I wish I could say the same for the rest. I walked in on time, appointment was on time, I was thrilled, great start. I was paired with Holly, she's personable and a bit bossy (which she admitted) and I don't necessarily mind.
