This was my first time at Ultracuts Richmond West. Pam did exactly what I asked for. Nothing more, nothing less. It was an excellent experience. Thank you.
Rushed Haircut and Poor Customer Service This was my third visit to this location, and unfortunately it will likely be my last. My first two visits were fine, but this time the haircut was completed in about 5 minutes and felt extremely rushed. When I got home, I noticed that small hairs on the back of my neck had not been cut. Even worse, my head, neck, and shirt were still covered with loose hair after the haircut. Sharanya did my haircut, and it turned out very lovely. She was friendly and skilled. She recommended types of cuts that would suit my hair texture and the haircut turned out to shape my face well and looked like my inspo picture! Would deff recommend this place for the price, friendly staff, and technique. : )
