I couldn't believe how my husbands hair turned out from coming here, the older lady who cut his hair missed so much in the back of is his and now he's got longer pieces mixed with smaller ones, so not impressed. Time to change staff if they can not do the job and just focus on what we had asked for instead of talking so much. Will not be going back nor will I recommend this place to anyone. When doing thw job if you cant maulty task then focus on the cut.
Stylist was busy walked in and was able to get right in for a cut and on a Friday . Love this place. Great cut and Sherri was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this shop and Sherri.
Visited the salon again. When I came in was told there was a waitlist. I chose to stay in the salon to wait and was taken in pretty quickly. The stylist was busy and she was still Very welcoming treated me very well took the time to discuss what I wanted.
This Ultracuts location is terrible. They never want to cut anyone’s hair. Walk ins welcome on the door, walk in, not a single person in the salon & I am told 6 people ahead of me, 2 hour wait…I have tried to book an appointment but none ever seem to be available. Perhaps they should close the salon if no one wants to cut hair.
