I went to UltraCuts and had a pretty disappointing experience. They seemed to lack enough staff and overall experience, which already made the service feel rushed and unprofessional. I asked specifically for a low taper blowout, but instead I got a regular low taper. On top of that, the haircut was uneven at first and they had to go back and cut it again to try and fix it.
