Place is a nightmare. Asked if i could get in as a walk-in, lady said yes. She then proceeded to butcher my hair in record time. Over trimmed an ear and left a bald spot, long hairs all around both ears and left hairs at the back that were three times the length of the front.
What an experience! I went in with terrible hair another salon had messed up a year ago, they offered their recommendations (not just 1 stylist, but 2 were in my haor). I wanted blonde highlights, and to go back to my glory before the disaster. They turned me brown :=/ Which, honestly. Anything was better then what I had. They told me if it didnt lighten to what I liked it within a week to come back and they'd fix it up. For free. Today I went back, with my daughter. I needed the blonde lol.
