The barber was really helpful and understanding to me as a new customer. Great service
A little disappointed. I booked an “Ultracuts Adult L” which was supposed to include a wash, cut, and style. The stylist washed then cut my hair, blow dried it to half-dry (was still quite wet) and then asked if it was good. I thought she meant the length/cut so I said “yes” and she removed the cape and said “awesome you’re all done”. I was so shocked. I had an event which is why I booked the service so my hair would be styled. I was too stunned to say anything and walked out with wet hair!
Great stylist who listened to what my son wanted . Wish I could remember her name so I could book again with her (prince of whales Regina sk location)
