Laurie always provide good service and cut my hair right.
We have been bringing my elderly mom for haircuts for a few years now. We recently booked an appointment a week in advance. Got there on time and were told the manager doesn't want them booking ahead longer than the same day. Would have been nice if they told us that when we booked. Mom waited 40 minutes past for her appt. Only nice thing is the gentleman just before us paid for mom because he felt sorry for her. If anything ultracuts should have comped the cut. We will see how magicuts does, next time, so may not be back.
