This salon needs to change their front women omg the minute i walk in they didn't smile at all i straight away come out of their unhappy environment who will be willing to take services if they don't feel welcoming i wish i could give 0 rating to their unhappy faces
I asked specifically when I sat in the chair that I'd like the sides of my head short, the top a bit longer, and a trim to the loose ends on my beard. When the sides where still a bit long, I asked for a 2 or 3 on the side of my head, and the barber proceeded to shave 5 months of beard growth off. I had to go to another barber to have the mess fixed. I will not be back, and there is no way this chain can regain my trust. "Your beard is the side of your head" I was told. Outrageous.
