I've been to the salon 3 times this week and no one ever shows up at 9am as advertised! Very disappointing and BAD business! If you can't make it at 9am change your open time to 10am or whatever time works better!!! Probably won't go back!

Since the age of 14 up until her health issues Cindy has been the one cutting my hair, afterwards it was turned over to Maribel, I turn 40 this month and will not be returning. The shop always opens at 9, so to be 1st I was there at 855 and waited until 10am. I noticed the cat running around inside then I found the reviews to see what happened to my shop. Stacy is awesome friendly and makes sure you are satisfied , been coming here some years turn over as been wild but Stacy been the best .highy recommend
I went today with my husband so he could get his haircut. Haircut was good .Prices are okay.But clearly, it's not a cleanest place to sit down for 30 minutes or more. The smell of cigarettes 🚬 is so strong inside the building that we had to come home and change our clothes and take a bath. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone if you don't smoke or like the smell of smoke on you. I didn't get photos of the inside of Ultracuts because of personal items lying around the waiting area.
