Customer service is excellent.
Mike is great! Him and the gentleman that helped are very personable and professional. The carpets are so much cleaner and they really do a thorough job. Was recommended to the company by our realtor that uses them on all her houses that she sells (as a gift to the new homeowners). They've cleaned our carpets twice now and I am so happy. Prices are very reasonable.
