The staff was very pleasant. However, the result and what I wanted were not even close. I wanted blonde highlights (I already had highlights but def needed a touch up and wanted more and lighter!). My hair was orange when I left my first appt. I was told to give it 2 weeks. I didn’t wait two weeks, I went back in a week. They were really good about getting me back in to fix it. Visiting from out of town and made an appointment here without knowing the location. I went in with my fingers crossed and have ton say i was very satisfied with the location, the hair dresser, and the results of my wash, cut and dry.
