Very professional. They fixed my flat tyre on the spot with the rubber seal and they didn’t even charge for it. Some other places would have changed the whole tyre. Impressive customer service! Thank you
Really great team. After service my check engine light came up and it turns out during filter removal a hose was knocked, they owned up the mistake and fixed it for free. The service was a great price too.

Paul at the front desk is so helpful. He’s helped my family with 3 of our cars. He always tries to squeeze us in if he knows we’re desperate. He’s trustworthy and approachable, which makes it easy to ask him questions. He’s happy to explain things and always delivers on his promises. I used to avoid mechanics, but now I feel absolutely confident dealing with Paul and his team at Menai. Thanks for making what was once a very painful experience, so much easier for me and my family!
