I have no problems with the service and lads at ultra tune. They explain stuff really well to the layman and service is great. Would like to see more of ziggy the dog. I am a hard marker and don't give 5 stars
I took my Jeep Cherokee to Ultra Tine in January to diagnose clunking noises from the engine and was charged $160. The diagnosis from Pierre was warn engine mounts and bushes in a left hand to right hand drive transfer rods behind the dash. Said the engine mound would cost about $1,800 and bushes about the same but he would have to source the bushes and would get back to me. I’ve not had any trouble with this business and I’ve been more than happy with the services provided by the courteous staff. Will continue to go back there for all my vehicles in the future.
Steve and Pierre did great work fixing my VW transmission. They really put in a big effort to sort out the problem - top quality work as always
Not happy with this service at all. Interrupted me while I was explaining two issues with my car telling me I was wrong, they only checked one of the parts I knew had an issue and rang me up telling me I was actually completely correct but they couldn't fix it at the moment (which is fine). Charged me $170 to look at (didn't even have to take it out) part that's easily accessible just my popping the hood. Ended up fixing both parts myself.
