Went to Ultratune Enoggera and the experience from start to finish was excellent. Lance, in particular, was helpful, listened which is not always the case when you're female in an overwhelmingly male domain. He understood my request and then proceeded to explain and offer alternatives and solutions that both achieved the end goal (in a very timely fashion) and at a workable cost to me.
