Unless you want a perfectly good car to break down, and to be a over $1000 out of pocket, I would suggest getting your logbook service done elsewhere. We got a logbook service around mid-december for a 2020 Make vehicle. 10 days later on Christmas eve the car broke down. Could’ve walked across the rd and got the part needed myself for $100 less before or $200 less for orig not aftermarket part from Ford themselves inc tax !! They obv put a mark up on it, *refuses also to provide/show Reciepts for parts bought and give original warranty that comes with part. Act like doing you a favour when knows you’re stuck and still overcharges. Don’t bother replying with excuses as I have your emails ! Absolutely mint, 10/10 recommend to your mates, fixed up the old beater back to an absolute dream, office lady was nice at the counter and had the work done within 2 weeks.
