Went there for a service and mentioned I had a squeak when I braked. They changed the brake pads did the service I paid for everything they said needed fixing, car was 6years old so pretty new. Brakes still squeaked. Called the guy and said it's still squeaking ($500ish on brakes) he said it's because I wasn't breaking hard enough and it's like running your finger on a win glass, if you do it softly it will squeak but if you press hard it won't. That doesn't sound right to me I don't think you're supposed to slam the brakes ... read more
