The guy at the front desk is helpful, accommodating, and polite. That is unfortunately where my good feedback stops! I was called and texted for several days on end to confirm my appointment, which I kept calling and texting back to confirm. Apparently the front desk and whoever Karen is do not communicate! She seemed nice, but why was she unaware of a booking that was confirmed 3 separate times and still calling and messaging me to confirm?
