Excellent Excellent Service. Yes, I've read reviews, but i also have gone there before, and they have always done me good. They installed my sumo's, and i even had issue with my previous trailer hitch, and Joe took care of me. This time around, I ordered a new weight distribution Hitch, and Tanner was awesome. Although they dont do any real custom applications they seem to have lots of cool stuff if you have newer truck . I wanted some retractable running boards but since i have an old Expedition they cant help me out this time.
