Andrew at Ultra Storage was not only extremely friendly, but he also explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood all the options available. On top of that, this facility offers extra perks and conveniences that you simply can’t find anywhere else. Great customer service and a great place to store your belongings. Highly recommend!

Skyler is so awesome at what he does first took us yo see unit told us about the hours. Explained what he was doing as he was doing it. Very nice made us feel comfortable I recommend Ultra Storage in ventura their prices are a lot cheaper than other storages and they have bomb warm chocolate chip cookies 🍪

We vetted several different storage companies in Ventura and are very happy we went with Ultra Storage. The facilities are well maintained, clean, and safe. What really won me over was the customer service. Andrew has been super helpful and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend checking them out for your storage needs.

This is my first time needing to use a storage facility and Ultra Storage really set the bar high. The management is top notch. Andrew has really helped us, from choosing the right size for our needs, to helping us use their sprinter van. Really recommend!
