The facility was easy to get into, clean inside, and the temperature was reasonable on crazy hot days. Door access through the app works well. The entry way is a bit unkempt at the moment. The "premium" space would save you 100 steps but that's up to you. There have been two hand trucks available. As far as I can tell there is _zero_ staff or management available, no person locally to speak with, and absolutely no way to preview the storage units. My experience with the staff online has been very positive.
This place is not well managed. The men's and women's bathrooms are permanently closed with 2 X 4s screw into the doors.
Moved into a new unit and new property manager is very nice and helpful. Excellent value.
A clean easy to use facility. App based system for access a plus.
I have aging family in Louisville and need storage that I can access easily. No better place for the important stuff you can't keep at home!
