The woman who came, arrived late. We paid $395 and she didn't figure out where the problem was coming from. She only identified that our outside problem was carpenter ants and that our contract with Terminex was indeed keeping Termites out of our property. We have a very bad moth and gnat problem which I have myself been treating with sticky traps and they are catching hundreds of them but not eliminating them. Ultra Safe Pest Management provided the service I needed when many of its competitors would/could not. Ultra Safe was easy to work with and picked up the items on schedule. I would use Ultra Safe again.
The men who cleaned the gutters were very good. I was glad to see they were dressed with protective gear including helmets. They did a good job told me the gutters covers were not effective which I should have known.
