I love Ultra Pure Oil. It feels great on my trumpet valves and lasts and lasts and lasts. I used Al Cass oil for decades until a friend of mine gave me a bottle of Ultra Pure to try. The feeling of Ultra Pure is nice, but mostly what I notice is that with ultra pure I don't have to oil my valves all the time *like I did with Al Cass. It's odorless. It doesn't have as much of a "petroleum" feel if I get it on my hands compared to other oils I've used.
Great products! CarolBrass ships all their instruments with Ultra-Pure products and they are a great match. I also find that the Ultra-Pure Ultra-Light blend is great for valves with a close tolerance as well.
This wonderful oil shipped with my Monette AJNA and I have used it ever since. The Company has unbelievable customer service. They shipped me, no questions asked, free of charge, another 4 pack, when the first one was lost in a snowstorm by the shipping company. Where else can you get the world's best oil and direct consultations with the company owner. Ultra Pure Oils!!!
