We had a wonderful experience with Ultra Pure from the first interaction. They are very responsive and helpful. Our initial consultation was very thorough as Al helped us understand all the different technicalities and process. Al and Elizabeth are the owners of Elizabeth Ultrapure water softener and RO system. They are good professionals and courteous. They have good experience installing the water softener and they installed the water softener without any hitch. Told us what was to be expected on the day of installation. After installation, they gave us clear instructions on what needs to be done for maintenance and taking good care of the water softener and RO system.
