I have used Ultra Pro products since the first day I started playing Magic The Gathering. I use Ultra Pro sleeves, binders, and deck boxes. I haven't had any issues and will continue to use their products!
They were willing to stand behind the product that is where I see value in a product!!!!
For years I have been buying ultra pro products and have only ever come across minor issues. Maybe a pack of sleeves were cut wrong or was under by a sleeve or two. Recently I started buying the awesome 9 pocket 360 count pro binders. I've purchased maybe 4-5 in the past 6 months. The one I picked up Friday made me scratch my head. I thought I was going crazy but it looks like some of the pages were cut wrong. Is there anything I can do to replace this? Unfortunately I can't do much with it the way it is.

Although they're not as durable as dragonshield, they're price is awesome and I personally enjoy the feel of them. Dragon shields get rough when worn out but ultra pro stay slick
