My buddy bought newb2014 150 cc scooter from john and didn't have it 6 months and the engine blew up they charged him for the engine and said there was no warranty...OK well it keeps giving him engine problems and won't never crank and they just keep charging more money this place is a rip off john is screwing people over and robbing people and taking advantage of nice people I would never buy anything from them there a rip off and crooked...... Take my advice john is a con man...

Ultra power sports, where do I begin? Well in January I bought a scooter from a friend it wasn't running. I took it up to Ultra crappy sports, biggest mistake ever. They got it running, they also put in 50cc wiring on a 150cc. Which I did not know. They screwed my bike up. Basically they do things so that after a month or two you have to take it back in. They wouldnt give me my deposite back after I told them to stop working on it... they worked on it for 6 mins. They told me who ever wired it was to blame... they wired it! ... read more

Recently had my scooter to Ultra Power Sports for repairs. They were quick to discover the problem with the engine. It was fixed within a few days. Knowledgable mechanics.

Cursed place – What is wrong with this place? Garner has some haunted locations and this one is in the top 10. Always some shady business going on here. I tried to get some supplies for scooters and tire repair here several times, and going in there is always a little scary. They were open about 2 hours on Monday after New Years. Why open at all if you are just going to be open 2 hours? Turned out they didn't have what I needed after all. I needed some Ride On tire sealant, they are the only dealer for it locally. Ultra Power Sports BAD BAD BAD ZERO STARS – READ THE REVIEWS AND AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!!!!! They do charge an up front fee. Charged me $60 up front just to drop off my four wheeler. THEY HAVE MY FOUR WHEELER! Why do they need a security deposit? That should set off red flags with anyone but they have Jimbo Eubanks old establishment and he had a very good name so I trusted them. Stay as far away as possible!!! – Yearly maintenance service and inspection (which they don't do) cost $350 (3x more than any other place in the country). When I asked them what cost so much and explained that no one else charged that much John started yelling at me, literally yelling with an underlying, threatening tone. Almost didn't let me pay and was going to keep my bike. It was very scary and unbelievable. I actually spoke with the police about the experience. Don't go! – Did not follow my husband's instruction and repaired the wrong thing on his motorcycle earlier this winter. Then they became rude and angry when he questioned them. It seems like a tight family business that doesn't tolerate any criticism or suggestions. We've found another place.
