Friendly, fun and FANCY environment! Dr. Prugh did wonders on my smile and as a former employee I have seen her do wonderful things for others. The staff is upbeat and always fun! I loved going to my appointments!
Both of my children got their braces from Dr. Prugh and their smiles are perfect now!!! They were never nervous going to the orthodontist because the minute you walked in the door you felt comfortable and could watch tv or play games while waiting and then once in the chair while being worked on, you could watch a movie as well!!! My kids experience and mine were night and day!!! Lol!! I recommend Dr. Prugh to everybody!!
I brought both my kids to Dr. Prugh for their orthodontic work...and I lived in Cheyenne at the time!! Yes, Cheyenne. We commuted monthly to Casper for their appointments because of Dr. Prugh and her staff's excellent reputation. Both of my kids are thru with their treatments now and several years have past, and their teeth are still just as perfect as they were when Dr. Prugh finished their treatment!! I would sincerely recommend Ultra Orthodontics for you and/or your children!!
Both of my daughters LOVE Dr. Prugh and her entire staff! It's such a fun place to be and has an awesome, upbeat vibe. Fun is not a word often associated with dental work, but Dr. Prugh makes it happen! We highly recommend Ultra Orthodontics, you won't be disappointed!
We love Ultra Orthodontics along with Dr. Denise Prugh. All 3 kids have gone through her care. We are on our last and youngest child Olivia with the most difficult orthodontics to date. We visit Denise about every 2 weeks for what we call a chain crank. A grown up canine tooth decided to locate its presence in the middle of the roof of her mouth. Oral surgery was needed to place a band around the new adult tooth along with a gold chain. That gold chain gets a few chain links taken out every few weeks and recooked to her the ... read more

Dr. Prugh and her crew are all so caring and fun to see every few weeks for our appts! The level of care we receive for our son's ortho appointments are above and beyond! Added bonus- the atmosphere! The office itself is so cool! I highly recommend this place for getting a pretty smile!
I cannot say enough nice things about Dr Prugh and her kind, professional staff. They immediately make you comfortable, are on time, compassionate, and very accommodating. On top of that, they know you personally and make a visit fun. Thank you for all you do!
