I reported them. I still have nail damage 2 months later and I’m still in pain. I do not believe all the techs are licensed . Never in my life have I experienced this

Ben did an amazing job on my nails!
I brought my daughter here over Labor Day for a set of acrylic nails and the young man who did her set did an amazing job. So I came back here a couple days ago for a nail dip, thinking I would get just as good of a service. I was wrong. I will say I did not get to have the same young man do my nails. My set looks thick, bulbous and lumpy. Yuck. It’s not like dip is cheap, either. It was still $75 including tip. ☹️
This place exceeded my expectations. David went above and beyond perfection with my gels. Lin also did a fabulous job on my pedicure and gels. Extremely satisfied definitely going back.
