Very disappointing experience. My wife and daughters are loyal customers, and I’ve purchased several gift cards from Ultra Nails over the years. When my daughter had an expired gift card, I asked if they would honor it as a courtesy, but the owner refused. Because of this, I would not recommend buying gift cards from this business. Ohio Revised Code Section 1349.61 Sale of gift card expiring within two years of sale prohibited. You are not following the law all gift cards purchased are valid for 2 years in the state of Ohio.... read more
