Unfortunately I have to give 2stars for many reasons. First reason is.... If you make an appointment you still are going to wait an hour or more. They also will take in others while you sit and soak for an hours and rush on you. I blame the owner for that. She wants it all. She has done my nails as well. She also has to stop to answer the phone and ring people up several times. I Today was my last visit. I also received inconsistent prices. This place is over rated! I got S &S on my nails and a typical basic pedicure and ended up being charge almost $80. Then two days later two nails cracked. Instead of them fixing their error right away. They made me wait 25 minutes just to fix two nails, that should’ve never broke in the first place....Needless to say I will never be back!
Mediocre to below average salon. Made an appointment with Jenet 2 weeks in advance. I was not notified that she quit a week prior to my appointment. The replacement was not a detailed tech. The arms of the chairs were not wiped down from previous days - could see residue. Entire place was not as clean as I expected. It was my first visit and last visit!
