Poul IS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I’ve never felt so disrespected in my salon in my life. I had poul as a nail tech and he started off great. I got acrylics with gel polish on my hands and told me whenever I choose the color he said we don’t have it I picked more than 4 polish he told me no we don’t have ..after 2 minutes customer walked and asked the same polish or book he give to her learn how to treat ur customer same do be rude and very resistant.
I wish I could give below 1 star because my goodness these people are rude. As I was walking across the street to ask the owner a question (who was sweeping things out of the salon onto the sidewalk) about the nail salon he literally closed the door on my face. It was so weird?! Like am I not allowed in or something? It says you guys are open… I still entered anyway thinking nothing of it.
