I came to this salon last week to get my acrylic nails taken off and to get a manicure. When my tech pulled out a box of tips, took a tip out, and started going underneath my acrylic with it, I made a complaint stating I wanted them soaked off and not taken off that way. She failed to listen. Plus, If you’re not using any product to take off my nails (such as acetone solution) then you really shouldn’t charge me for a take off. I had fine experiences until I went with my spouse, who is African. We were discriminated against and treated terribly. A male worker refused to service him and rushed us. I will never be going back.

I asked for a short full set, but the technician didn’t seem knowledgeable and the results were very disappointing, as you can see in the picture. It was a waste of money, and I’ll never come back again.
