Ultra Mechanical was Ultra Great! Both our AC units went out and I called another company first through Angie's List. They correctly diagnosed the first one as needing more refrigerant, but said the second one had a blown electrical board and needed to be totally replaced (at a quoted cost of $25k to do both units). Then, I called Ultra Mechanical for a second opinion, and they were able to get the second one working after just cleaning out the drain line (for $511). I have been servicing my AC/Heater with Ultra Mechanical for years. They are the follow-up of Kirk Voitle Air Conditioning who I used many years before that. The quality, service, courtesy, and professionalism have continued to make them successful. Highly recommend.
