Was on the boat ramp to launch and my boat wouldn't start. After calling several other places I was referred to Ultra Marine - so glad I was!!! These guys went above and beyond. Not only did they hook up my boat and check it out right when I got there but being fairly new to the area they pulled up maps and gave me advice on the different lakes around the area and places along them. Man can't say enough about Ronnie @ @[581668481928572:ULTRA Marine Service]. Very professional and thorough work. Hooked me up on a Helix 7 install and took off my oiler on my Merc 200EFI. Doesn't cut corners and does what they say they'll do. Best courteous marine service I've ever had. TRUST ME DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE GIVE THEM A CHANCE YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!
I called this company and asked to speak to a mechanic regarding a question I had on an outboard motor I purchased with a boat. When I asked to speak to a mechanic I was laughed at and told that nobody could speak to me over the phone until after July 4th. He than hung up on me. I am shocked by the service provided here and as a loyal customer I feel humiliated. I will no longer bring my business here and cannot recommend to friends or family.
As a fishing guide I could not be successful without Ultra Marine Service. These guys go out of their way to insure I stay on the water! Thanks for all you have done for me. You have created a customer for life.
