I wish I could give more than 5 stars! It is super convenient to be able to scheduled appointments online. I scheduled an appointment for a manicure and ultra lux pedicure with Sophan. It was my first time visiting this salon. The salon itself is very nice. It is very clean, and the pedicure chairs are the nicest I have ever experienced. Made an appointment for the first time here with Erica. First she text me 15 mins before my appointment to ask if we could reschedule for an hour later than our scheduled time because she was running late. Then when I get there 10 mins before the new scheduled time, she was texting me as I was walking in to tell me I can’t be serviced anymore because she doesn’t have time and no one else can service me. I absolutely love coming here! Izzy is one of the most talented hair dressers I’ve ever come across and I can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my hair 🫶🏼 5/5 will be coming back for ever!
